  • I BOOKED MY LOCKER ONLINE. HOW DO I GET MY KEYS AND DO I HAVE ANYTHING ELSE TO BRING WITH ME?

    Good choice. You only need your ticket code, an ID and 10 Euro as a deposit for the keys. We are looking forward to welcoming you.

  • CAN I GET TO MY BELONGINS AT ANY TIME?

    During the opening times you can use your locker whenever you want to. You can find our opening times in your booking confirmation and on our truck. In general, we are open daily for around 10 to 15 hours.

  • CAN I BOOK MY LOCKER ONLY ONLINE?

    Depending on the availability, you can also rent your locker on-site. However, be aware that there may be a longer waiting time. In addition the discounts are only available online.

  • ARE THE LOCKERS WITH THE ELECTRIC PLUGS ALSO EQUIPPED WITH LOADING CABLES?

    No, please bring your own cable. You will only have a classic 230 V socket in your locker.

  • WHAT HAPPENS IF I LOSE MY KEYS?

    We also have spare keys. However, we will keep the 10 Euro deposit in this case.

  • IS CARDEROBE SAFE?

    Definitely. Until now we didn’t have any theft case or other issue. Should it unfortunately happen, your locker is insured up to 250 Euro.
